Service Description

Human Design, also known as the Science of Differentiation, gives us a deep understanding of how unique we truly are and how our individual energy is designed to operate. It teaches us how we are uniquely designed to thrive in life and gives us the permission to be ourselves, to live authentically to who we are here to be. It helps us understand how we are designed to make decisions, how we take energy in and how we express energy outwardly, our purpose in life, our gifts and strengths and gives us life strategies to live a more balanced and fulfilled life and much more. It allows us to stop pushing against life and start living with flow and ease, as we are supposed to. This coaching series is 4 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions where we will start with a Human Design Unpack, identifying changes you can make to start implementing your design. There will be 4 more follow up coaching sessions using a range of modalities such as PSYCH-K®, Breathwork, NLP, with Action Planning, all focused on getting you into alignment with your most authentic self and the expression of your innate talents and gifts. You will eliminate any blocks, fears or limiting beliefs that are stopping you from achieving the outcomes and goals in your life that you desire, so you can experience success, abundance, ease and flow in your life. The first session will be 1hr and 30 minutes and the 4 x follow up coaching sessions will be 1 hour each. Please note the following - you will have 3 months from our first session to use all 4 sessions; All four sessions are included in the price; You will only schedule your initial session upon booking, and we will contact you directly to schedule the subsequent sessions.
